So looking into the haunting aspect of things i went for a literal meaning and began literal thinking. I began to look at Halloween and the idea of scaring someone using a mask. this brought me onto the process of making masks and how to make one. (Google really is easy when linking.)... So this brings me to present day, and the idea of alginate. Alginate is a rubbery substance used for denture molding but can be used on humans to form a very detailed mold of the human face or figure.

The process is easy ....Mix the ingredient with water and stir for 30 seconds then apply to face or area of choice. a simple bandage plaster is placed over to form a shell let dry and remove.

Fill the mold with plaster for sculpture or silicone rubber for a mask. Leave to dry and a perfect detailed face is formed.
